Justice Breyer was on Larry King around Thanksgiving. Larry asked the Justice about the case, and of course he refused to comment. He did remind Larry that it is "a bankruptcy case" and that bankruptcy is a federal issue. Personally, I find bankruptcy law boring, even when the media is titalated by celebrity involvement.
