i've gained some more respect for ogus lately with the scandals haters feel the need to throw in his face. I've followed him for years and seen him mature and really take on the bodybuilding.

and of course great muscles to look at haha. loved that bicep pose. so big.

This is an incredible side by side comparison with himself, 2011 to 2013, using the same poses.

I wish everyone could do this!

What most impresses me is while the 2013 him looks bigger and more ripped than the 2011 him, he weighs the same_ 170#!

counterintuitive- I expected the bigger and more ripped 2013 him to weigh more!? Go figure....


I've been figuring for myself, at 6'3" and 212, I'd need to get to 220# to really "look" muscular. I do look more muscular now at 212# than I have in years past at the same weight, so there must be something to the whole bodyfat reduction makes you look larger because you have more muscle at the same weight?

Does this make sense?

Matt has completely changed over the last two years Tim. In 2011, he was just bodybuilding for the heck of it. Now he is hardcore to the max with sponsors, friends, and a whole new dedication to the sport.
