Does it help or hinder? When training which of the following pieces of music do you believe you would get the best workout from? __________________ The stronger they are, the more muscled they are |

If I could've I'd have voted for Metallica, Apocalyptica, and Queen. So I stuck with apocalyptica cuz that's more directly in tune with the style of music that gets me pumped. Anything rock works for me __________________ Grow big. Grow strong. Grow hard. |

Anything faster paced works for me, although I do have Meatloaf's "The Monster's Loose" on rotation Last edited by WhoDunIt; January 2nd, 2013 at 04:12 PM. |

OLD SCHOOL HERE -- THE WHO (WHO ARE YOU) rocks me in the gym |

Hell I'm in my early twenties and Who Are You is one of my favorite lifting songs. Baba O'Riley and Bargain are pretty good for it too. __________________ I won't sit down And I won't shut up And most of all I will not grow up. - Frank Turner |
