Question Body For Life

I was wondering if anyone has done the "Body for Life" program or knows someone who has done it. I'm interested in this group's opinion of the program. Is it a worthwhile program? Or is it worthless? I got a copy of it from a cousin who never tried it. I was thinking of trying it as sort of a beginner level work out program.

It's excellent for that. In fact, that's what it was pretty much designed for.

It's a good program. I'm not wild about the weight training routine, because I like to lift heavier and on a different split. But the nutrition portion is aces. It's basically a 40/40/20 p/c/f ratio.

Go for it.
