Tips for a Newbie on Losing Fat and Putting on Some Muscle? Hi guys, I'm a 20 year old male who's about 6 feet tall and about 220 lbs, and fairly overweight. I know the foods I need to eat, but which sort of exercise program that would be best for weight lost I'm not so sure of. Lots of weights? Cardio? I'm at a loss, so I was hoping you guys could give me some tips about what kind of program would be best for that, and if I could put on a bit of muscle too, I'm all for it. Thanks in advance for any advice you guys could offer! |

6ft?220lbs? You're not overweight at all!Problem is,it's not muscle.Any good, basic weight training program should do.Hints:drink lots of water;it fills you up.Accept the fact that you may have a bit less energy while dieting. It descends to a certain level, then doesn't get any worse. As you lose fat&gain muscle,it will go up again.Stretching the abdominal area helps to release fat(trust me on this),ONWARDS!Good luck!g. |
