Starting Back Up OK, so I am starting to work out again seriously after a long time, like 8yrs. Now, I have a workout that I like, but the rest I'm kind of in the dark about . . . like supplements and nutrition. Any supplements that you all know of that have given you good results? How do you keep the nutrition part from being boring? I hate to say it, but I like food and how it tastes -- I wish I didn't, but I do. Tips, advice, sage wisdom is welcome. |
