Starting Back Up

OK, so I am starting to work out again seriously after a long time, like 8yrs. Now, I have a workout that I like, but the rest I'm kind of in the dark about . . . like supplements and nutrition.

Any supplements that you all know of that have given you good results?

How do you keep the nutrition part from being boring? I hate to say it, but I like food and how it tastes -- I wish I didn't, but I do.

Tips, advice, sage wisdom is welcome.

There is no reason that you can't enjoy the food you eat, just try to minimize some things, and maximize others. The fact that you like food is good, because you need to eat a lot to gain! One bit of advice is eat often!
