bowflex Hey guys, anyone here an advocate for the bowflex machines? |

The bad thing I've always heard about bowflexes is that the negative stroke on your exercises has next to no resistance, and since that's the most important part of the move, you'd be better off with a weight set. __________________ What's wrong with wanting more? Their old machines were crap. Maybe the new ones are better, but I'd stick with inexpensive free weights. __________________ God is in the rain. |
