| FitTV's "Body Builders" Has anyone seen the program "Body Builders" on FitTV? It's been on a couple of times this month and will have another showing on the 10th (3:00 EST). I don't think it's a series; seems more like a one-hour special that they're running. Follow professional and amateur bodybuilders through their workouts, diets and competitions, as they strive for perfect physical dimensions. Find out how bodybuilding has become the springboard for a billion-dollar fitness industry.     |

| I watched this show and I was quite impressed. It's very informative for those who want to know what bodybuilding is about. They tell you about all the contests for men and women, what the prize money is and everything. It was also very informative on women's bodybuilding and how it has changed from the big, bulky physique to a more slender, fit look. The best part was they interviewed Craig Titus in the gym. They must have filmed this before he was arrested LOL I recommend watching this show if you can catch it. |
