A friend of mine said that this guy was DOUG PERRY for quite some time, but I only knew him as DARIN LANNAGHAN bodybuilder. Yes, I went thru my storage COLT CALENDARS and there's D P featured in one of those months. UP CLOSE! Didnt put 2 and 2 together til the other day, when COLT had a 2006 closeout. I went surfing for COLT MAN DOUG PERRY, and only D L has those pretty eyes. It was him. Man! My "straight" dreamboat, as a COLT MODEL. Im in love. Let me know about that thread of yours. Robert.

there used to be 3 yahoo groups like bigdarinlannaghan / 2 / 3 but i can't find them or they're gone. anyone know?

That's one odd little web site for Darin. Just five pages with a few pics on them. Barely any text. I like the picture sizes! Pro site designers just won't do that. So thanks to whomever. Feel like sending a gushy fan mail to Dave and Ed. But I won't.

Oh yeah, they're gone.

I was a member of one -- I had last checked it maybe a couple of months ago. There were a couple of pix of Doug/Darin taken as of his 40th birthday, which was in the past couple of years. Much smaller than in his prime, of course.

Looks like there's a brand new Yahoo! group called "lannaghan-4u". I might check it out.

There seems to be some confusion about Lannaghan, so I'll share what I know.

He moved from Arizona with his wife in the early nineties, and worked at Venice Gold's Gym. He did some competing at that time. Then he did some photo shoots and videos for Colt under the name Doug Perry. Apparently he discovered he liked weinie around that time, so divorced his wife and moved to Florida for a while. Then he moved back to L.A., where he has worked as a personal trainer ever since.
