Question Food

i dont know what foods are good to help me in losing fat and building muscle. Can someone please help me.

Diet

I would suggest most foods in moderation. Try to go a higher on your proteins (lean meats & low-fat dairy products) and lower on your fats. Try to stay away from sugary foods (like cakes & cookies). Drink lots of water. A diet like this in conjunction with good work in the gym (including cardio) should get you started on the path you seek. Good luck.
