Question Lurker or Doer?

Sometimes it is tough to tell from your comments on this board. Are you someone who works out to grow your own muscles or someone who just enjoys reading about the growth of others?

I train 5 to 6 times a week.

I enjoy working out and I also enjoy what it does for my body. My hubby likes it when I train too and I love it when he trains. It's just a great feeling.

I work out with weights 4x a week, and do cardio 3x a week. Just past the one-year mark (March 25) at my Gold's Gym.

Don't over do. Over training can be worse than none at all. Don't injure yourself! I'm trying to get my workout to under an hour (not including warm-up, cool-down, and stretching of course). Remember: it's all about recovery.

Take care Glam!

I'm a "doer" but not as hardcore as most of you guys... 2-3x/week in the gym, 1 hour or less each workout (I'm all about the recovery time, hehe). I recently joined Bally's after making do with the nice-but-limited gym in my condo building for the past couple of years.

I'm currently on a 4-5 workout per week schedule, but I like changing my routine ever month or so since I respond best to frequent change.

Lurker, tried working out for a year, did everything right, nothing. Did lose all my baby weight (fat is such a harsh word) but in terms of muscle\strength gain, nadda there.
