 It's SPRING! With the advent of daylight savings;I think we all should take a moment to savor nature's awesome splendor!Breezes are warming,trees are budding,soon we'll be smelling newly mowed lawns&CUTE GUYS ARE SHEDDING THOSE GODDAM HEAVY JACKETS!!!One of me&my buddy's favorite pasttimes is to find a nice outdoor cafe for an early dinner in a strategic location;after the gym.There we enjoy the passing scene!(Observe!The rare&majestic Proud-Pecked Boitoi!)We had a real twinge of regret as November rolled around.But we've got a good seven months of pure viewing pleasure ahead!It's SPRING!     |

| I'm not quite there yet here in MN...the snow melted over spring break at least...but yes, soon enough, soon enough. too bad the dorm where all the football players live is on the other side of campus. |

| Landscapers! Thought this would be a good thread to share the following: my bro just bought a house that has serious water problems in the basement due to poor grading and drainage so this is where I come in - I did landscaping for 3 summers and volunteered to correct the problem the other day he was at work and I rented a mini-excavator to dig up and move the dirt. as the delivery truck pulled up out jumped this 19 year old italian boy that was hard as a rock - not Dorian Yates Jay Cutler huge but all muscle - definitely a wrestlers build. really nice kid. he took the time to make sure I knew how to use it and answer any questions I had. At the end he says "Now I have a question for you" I reply - sure - whats up? Looking at my arms he says: "Your guns are phenomenal - can you give me some training tips" I respond: "Dude, I bet youve got a hell of a body under that shirt - I bet you are really cut arent you?" My heart is racing as I type this! - He takes his shirt off and flexes his abs, pecs and says "Yeah, but I wouldnt mind getting bigger" Siezing the opportunity I ask him to turn around so I can see his back - he turns and hits a double bi this kid was like a little human anatomy muscle chart. I invited him to come back or meet me in the gym one day this week and Id give him my diet and exercise routine - Ill keep you posted |
