Diet I'm 6' 2" 210, I have sum-what of a "gut". What should I Use, Eat, Do to lose the gut and gain in bulk? What should I eat? What suppluments should I use? What is the best exercises? __________________ The Bigger The Better! |

That is simple way to you have to get reduce your body. If you can take strong decision of that so it will possible. For that you should have to take some vegetable or fruit juice in a day. avoid to eat some oily food. And you should have to run this process around three to 6 month. i am sure you will get nice experience from it. |

To reduce a weight you have to require exercise and diet food regularly. Most of the person not maintain the regularly their schedule. You should take boil vegetables and juice of the fruits. counting calories will be usless unless you knwo where they are comming from. it would be better if you count your micronutrients, proteins, carbs, fats. once those are corrent everything else is correct. supposed no carb products are bogus and will do nothing with reguards to weight loss or gut loss. do moderate cardio on a empty stomach 30 minuts 4-5x a week 3.0-3.5 speed. 4.0 incline. drop all white starches, breads, pastas, rice, drop all sugar including all processed. eat 5-6 meals per day. carbs comming from sweet pots, brown rice, salads, broccoli, green beans, proteins comming from white fish, chicken, very lean beef, eggs, fats comming from egg yolks, olive oil, almonds, if you need more info let me know |

I find counting calories boring and tedious at the same time. If you want to get rid of your gut or your beer belly or your love handles, better get serious with your going to the gym. In my experience, it's one of the most hard to get rid off and tone to perfection, if not the hardest. What you can do is get involved in cross training, i.e. running, jogging or cycling, take your pick. Couple that with going to the gym, balanced diet, enough sleep, it shouldn't take you that long to achieve results. |

Try a side plank to lose your belly fat. Because you can reduce your all over body fat but losing a belly fat takes a lot from you. |

Eat preferably organic, avoid junk foods. In my opinion fresh fruits and green veggies are best diet for you. Drink lots of water for maintaining your fitness. Well,we should be follow the diet rules because diets has own importance in our life so diet is the perfect way for the weight loss and the fat loss.According to me that detox diet is the best for the fitness and the health. |
