6'7 bodybuilder featured in NY Times His name's Jay Mullen. I saw him compete at the Eastern USA this past fall in Tribeca. He's a giant heightwise, and he mentions how it's hard for him to put on mass because of his tallness. There's an accompanying slideshow. He's very handsome, reminds me of Chris Duffy before he got all skanky looking. http://www.nytimes.com/2006/04/05/nyregion/05lens.html __________________ What's wrong with wanting more? Thanks for posting that link. Mr. Mullen is a very hot man and a great bodybuilder. He also seems very intelligent and down to earth, which is alway good for countering the meat-head bodybuilder stereotype. Now begins the search for more pics and information about him! |

Yeah I saw that article as well. The audio interview is quite interesting. He does sound very grounded--he speaks in detail about how hard it is just to gain 5 pounds of muscle over the course a of a year. |

Anyone know if this article appeared in the print edition of the paper? (I have a friend who gets the Times delivered in -- ew -- hardcopy, and can ask him to save me the NY Regional section.) |

It was on page B2 (Metro Section) of the NY Times on Wednesday, April 5. |

That was nice. Usually they are indeed quite dumb, but he seems like a cool person. Good body too! |
