werewolves

Yeah, I picked up on the werewolves being 'gayish' and the vampires similar to 'straightish' crowds. Kinda' made sense but didn't think about it until it was mentioned here.

I dunno about this whole werewolves were gay while the vampires straight, but I did think Michael was hot as hell. And HIS transformation scene...a lot of movies seem to cut those sorts of plot points out, the hot main character morphing into shirtless muscle-ish guy (now I can't be the only who gets at least semi-hard thinking about his face after he transformed, now can I?) and then wooping some ass. A lot of movies, at best have the VILLAINS transform into monster things (often butt ugly or easily beaten by the hero) or, if we're lucky, b/m huge musclebound people or something. But a lot of movies seem to make it a point for the characters to STOP the villains from becoming super hot giants or what have you. Not underworld, and this time, although not a hot giant, Michael was hot to some degree and at least wasn't some villain we know is going to get killed (I mean, come on, isn't it kind of a damper on the fantasies when we see the transformed hotness-es beaten ? I mean, isn't that part of the point of muscle growth--the power and stuff?).
Anyway, that's my rant of the day. I dunno if I had much of a point, but I will say this: michael=hot

I would suggest downloading a copy of it off of Kazaa. That's what I did. I personally thought the two leads, Michael and Selene, were the only good things in a pretty poor film...but that's just me. It was a good TF.

It wasn't that bad considering they had to do some last minute editing cuts due to the White Wolf threats of Copyright infringement suits... if they had more time to fix it i think it would've been a good movie.. i understand it's gonna be a tv series too.

Thanks for the info, I'll try my best to find out about this...

Hot transformations

I thought the movie wasn't too bad. The only thing is that it suffers from the same problems of a lot of action movies since 1999: the Matrician effect. Loads of kookie camera work and cables. Lots and lots of cables.

That Michael guy is pretty hot though. My favourite scene is the one where Kate Beckinsale chains him up and he strains against them when she's away. You get to see a good hard bicep bulge then. Yum!

Exactly!

(I will also point out that in the [single] viewing I've had of the movie, I'm pretty sure he also has a hardon in that scene)
Yea, I am NOT going to choose a favorite scene...
But yes, I agree that to that criticism. However, that's an okay fault to have, because at least the rest of the movie isn't affected to heavily by it.
