starting from scratch Hey everyone, I am looking for advice in how to start building muscle. I have a relatively small frame, but ready to hit the gym and build some serious muscle. I am looking for advice on what supplements to take and what exercise routine would be best. I am 5' 7 and weigh 145 lbs. I am slim but am willing to work hard to get as big as possible. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I am from the Madison, WI area so if anyone is interested in helping out a newbie feel free to let me know. Thanks, Daniel |

If you're REALLY starting from scratch..... ...(i.e.,very little previous physical activity at all)the first problem you'll have will be stiffness.Try to get some stretching done before&after workouts! |

Start slowly Start slowly, for the first month you will be EXTREMELY SORE! This is normal. Just keep going to the gym & make it a habit. Also, keep posting here, getting advice & motivation. __________________ God is in the rain. |
