Welcome to the forum, nasco! As for suggestions, I'd say you'd need
I'm sure the more experienced guys here will have more to say. |

Welcome Hey, Nasco! Welcome to the board. It's great that you had the courage to post your pics and request suggestions. I would agree with O's comments and add that you look like you've got a good base from which to build. As a beginner, I'd suggest using a circuit program with a full-body workout three times a week. I would add cardio either on two non-workout days or following two of your three weight training sessions. I would suggest no more than two sets per bodypart with repetitions in the 10-12 range. Consistency of your workouts and good form are the most important aspects. As you get more experienced, you can experiment with free weights and change your routine. Best wishes for massive muscle growth~ |

I think you are starting from a good base, and should do very well if you stick with working out, and following the advise of the guys here. Still no face huh? __________________ God is in the rain. |

I was just giving a friendly rub. A LOT of people don't post their faces. It took me a while, but then I decided I didn't have anything to hide. The only thing I really care about is that you keep going to the gym long term. __________________ God is in the rain. |

Hey NSCO, Looks as if you are starting from a good base here. Just simply follow the advice of the other posts and you'll soon make good progress All the best |
| |||
Definately have a good base to work with Nasco and you will not find a better group of guys willing to boost your confidence along with giving you suggestions on what might work to build your body. It bears repeating, stick with the basics of hitting the gym, eating enough and correctly, and getting enough rest. |
