Jouko Ahola in Kingdom of Heaven related to the discussion of the lack of bodybuilders and other muscular guys in movies in favor of using muscle suits (ala Vinnie Jones in X-men 3), here is an example of a movie actually using a muscular guy in a movie. Jouko Ahola won the World's Strongest Man competitions in 1997 and '99, and it seems as though he's making a name for himself in the movie industry now. he was in a Werner Herzog directed, Tim Roth-starring film "Invincible" about a Jewish strongman in the early 1930s Germany. Ahola naturally plays the role of the strongman, as he is still massive and extremely strong...I havn't seen the movie yet, but my friend told me it was surprisingly good. his more famous role is the 10min or so of screen time he gets in Kingdom of Heaven, in the first part of the movie. you can see a nice shot of him showing off his enormous biceps in this screen from the movie (along with one of my favorite actors, Liam Neeson): http://www.imdb.com/gallery/ss/03206...Ahola,%20Jouko anyway, here's hoping that we see more of Jouko in more movies, and that he gets bigger, more meaningful roles. |

Now I have seen this film as it was shown on Channel Four not that long ago. In which case I offer the following advice. Wait until July when Film Four (the channel that made the film) becomes free to air on Sky Digital in the UK. __________________ The stronger they are, the more muscled they are |
