A&F Muscle Fit Shirts

Okay. I bought this Abercrombie & Fitch "Muscle Fit" polo shirt off of Ebay and thought it would be kinda cool to have a shirt that the chest and sleeves were complementary to my buffer-than-it-used-to-be physique.

I really felt ripped off the xxl "muscle fit" was nothing more than a size m. I thought it looked like I bought a shirt that was just three sizes too small. Oh well, it cost me good money so I wore it this afternoon.

What do you know. I caught three guys at the video store checking me out and one of them struck up a conversation about a video I was looking at. I hate to stereotype, but the lisp was pretty heavy and the gaydar needle was off the scale. Too bad that I wasn't interested. Sorry.

Later at home while watering new grass seedlings, some neighbors were on an evening strole and the wife says to me, "I never noticed before, but you sure look like you work out. I couldn't help but notice from about a block away." Whoa, should I have blushed?

Any of you guys buy one of these "muscle fit" shirts? If we want to exentuate our muscles, shouldn't we just buy lycra shirts or buy 'em small? What works for you guys?

Well, I'm not sure about the cut you are talking about as I really dislike A&F's stores (music's too loud, styles are old fashioned, and the boys at the door now where clothes...) However, I've noticed that the cut & size of a shirt has a fair amount to do with how many compliments I get.

A&F has done a great job of celebrating the young jock male body, and the musclefit shirts are part of that. The most buffed guys you see love these shirts. Your experiences confirm this. Three cheers for A&f and their buffed store greeters, too; I saw a couple of them in San Francisco recently and they were buffed beyond belief.
