shameless self-promotion for my second e-book: One Good Hand

Okay, so my second e-book, One Good Hand, has been on sale since June 2nd. Since then, people have been asking me why I didn't make a big announcement here.

Truthfully, because I'm chicken and I wasn't exactly sure where to post it. That inaction, in turn, garnered many suggestions from these same people. So here it is. My BIG announcement. One week late:

Okay, so that second one, does she realize she just put it out for the entire world to see that she's homophobic? I mean, come on now, she would have enjoyed it more if Ace had been a woman? Why not just scream "I'M HOMOPHOBIC!!" I guess it's not like it isn't obvious that she is. But seriously, Rowan, you're gonna let her get away with that? Can't you write to the company and say that it's an inadequate representation of your work since the reviewer was blatantly biased AGAINST it? And then I'd never do business with them again.

Actually, my publisher went to bat for me. They were mortified about some of the comments the reviewer made, one of which saying she would have liked the story more if my main character had been a woman.

Coffee Time has pulled the review, and I'm getting another reviewer. Even if I get a low rating, as long as the new person doesn't say any of that shit I'm going to count my blessings.
