Article on Bodybuilding in a recession Following the announcement that the United Kingdom has seen it's triple A credit rating downgraded by Moody's and that an American bodybuilder I know is literally penniless this weekend (due to cash flow), I have decided to write an article (that will be peer reviewed) on the subject of how this global recession appears to be affecting bodybuilding as a sport. One way I have seen that some people appear to be over coming this is by the explosion of amateur bodybuilders offering muscle worship videos, therefore I would like to ask if any would be willing (on the provisio that no names will be used, unless they wish to be named) to answer a few questions on the subject. Those questions are: Bodybuilder who made a muscle worship video 1) What was the main reason for making the video? 2) Did you feel pressured into making the video? 3) Did you tell your family or friends that you were making a video? 4) Did you enjoy making it? 5) Did it solve the reason for making the video? People who have bought muscle worship videos 1) What was the main reason for buying the video? 2) Did the bodybuilder making the video get every penny that you paid? 3) Was the video a request video (i.e did you ask the bodybuilder to do certain things?) 4) Have you ordered more or less videos since 2008 (compared with before 2008)? 5) Do you believe that bodybuilders like making muscle worship videos? You can either answer these questions here or via a PM. __________________ The stronger they are, the more muscled they are |

2. In some cases, when I've just paid to watch a bber flex and do some requests on Skype, then yes (although obviously riskier, but I have a bber i reguarly watch for a small donation to his juice fund). In other cases, when it's from sites like musclehunks.com - then no. 3. When its just a video, then no, it'll be an 'off the peg' I guess 4. No change 5. I have examples from Skype (guys i watch reguarly) where you can tell they enjoy it, or, at least from their faciale xpressions like reading the compliments. On the other hand, I once paid Nck Trigili to watch on Skype, and he was a douche! __________________
