Hilarious Erotica

Here's a dramatic reading of an excerpt from Rough and Ready by Sandra Hill. It's muscle-related, so I thought it belonged on this forum.

Semi-embarassing admission....

Um, I'm not proud of this, but

I am an omnivorous reader. I read everything from technical and scientific articles to news to political blogs to history to biographies, mysteries and science fiction, as well as the uh, "muscle growth" stories on this forum.

I've read this book and other works by Sandra Hill. I've got to tell you: she does a good job of describing fit, muscular men fighting and f*cking through time. Her basic shtick is time travel. Usually in this series the heroes are Navy SEALs stationed outside of San Diego on the base, particularly the one on Coronado Island.

She's actually a pretty good writer. Her stories have interesting plots, characters you care about, plenty of sex (straight sex, but hey, you can't have everything) and time travel. I don't want to give away more than that, other than to say that this book is part of a series, all starring muscular, built sexy Navy SEALS. I guess the Army and the Air Force can go pound sand.

Good read!

Well, it's good to know the rest of the novel is quality, but you have to admit that this scene comes off as being absolutely ridiculous. I mean, "galloping abs"? Really? I can only imagine the hero doing The Worm across the open plains.

It's been a while, but I think this guy is the square-jawed hero viking-traveling-through-time, who is chiseled, muscled, incredibly physically dexterous and talented in "bed sport". Apparently the fighting skills of an 11th century Norseman are close to those owned by a modern Navy SEAL.

Fun read, nevertheless!
