Little guy arm after 12 weeks

I finished 12 weeks of a basic weightlifting program and am starting to see results. This is a before/after shot of my arm. Because of the way the tape is twisted around my arm it's probably adding an extra 1/4" to the measurements, but I tried to be consistent between the 2 photos.

You're making very solid progress in a short period of time! It looks like you are doing well in training your bis, but I'd like to see more development in your tris. Remember, the average person has twice as many fibers in their tris as in their bis (so they can grow twice as fast, which really helps in filling the sleeves.)
