Nevertoobig will get there! I'm on this forum for quite a while but never shown anyone progress pics of me. That's because there weren't any. But that's gonna change now! From this week on i'm gonna work out at least 3 times a week. And I also have a special diet. So here I'm gonna post any progress and also post some pics now and then. My stats will follow very soon! |

Congrats on your first photo posting! It takes courage to do that, but they'll serve as a great starting point for your bodybuilding progress. Work out hard, eat and supplement intelligently, make sure you get enough rest, and "Nevertoobig" will be a name you might even outgrow. ;-) __________________ What's wrong with wanting more? My diet... er... eatingscheme I thought I'd post my scheme (not a diet ). The goal is loosing fat as well as gain muscle mass. 8:30 2 slices of bread + 250gr 'kwark' (don't know the english word, some kind of thick yoghurt) 10:30 1 slice of bread with 100gr of chickenfilet 12:30 2 slices of bread + 250gr kwark 15:00 2 slices of bread + 2 slices pineapple (in juice not sirop) + 30gr whey 17:30 200gr rice or 5 potatoes or 250gr paste + 150gr chicken or fish + 200gr vegetables 21:00 1 fruit + 1 slice of bread + 30gr whey On the bread I can take chicken, roast beef, smoked beef, fricandeau or an egg (every 2 days one) Also I need to drink 2-3 litres water everyday Comments (useful or at least serious ones) always welcome! |

Good plan. Eating six times per day is REALLY important for muscle gain OR losing fat. Teach your body to burn calories not store them. You should add a little fruit and vegetables to the mix, it's good for the fat loss side. My protein drink meals are usually 40G whey protein in skim milk with a piece of fruit. I have a vegetable with the solid food meals. Mostly, of course, you HAVE to work out hard and regular and not miss too many. I'm a hard gainer so I workout 4/x/wk and hit each bodypart hard only once per week. This seemed like a radical idea at first, but everyone I know who has really tried it has had good results. Scheme and new measurements Well, I do add more fruit to the scheme. One piece is juist not enough. And i workout at least 3 times a week. Like this: DAY 1: chest + biceps DAY 2: back + triceps DAY 3: legs + shoulders I also do everyday at least one cardio excercise and do some exercises for my abs. I also have some new measurements, chest and biceps only, more will follow later. Height: 188 cm or 6'2" Weight: 89,5 kg or 197,3 pound Biceps: 36,5 cm or 14,37 inch Chest: 102 cm or 40 inch My fat percentage is something in the range of 15% I hope to post some new pics soon. |
