Another Newbie (heh) Okay. I, like many others here, am new to building muscle. I was wondering if you guys could help me out. My StatsWieght 250 lbs. Height 5'11 ft. % fat 40 (Bad, I know...heh). I've been working out for a few days now, and I have an awesome friend who has been teaching me some cool techniques. Heres my current schedules: 5:00 A.M. Wake up, brush teeth, take medicine. 5:10 A.M. Eat breakfast. 5:25 A.M. Stretches. 5:50 A.M. Running. (I'm still fairly new at it, so I can't run for very long). 6:05 A.M.Go to machine, work on pecs using the butterfly. Work on Delts using pullbar (Don't know the proper terminology....its a bar you pull down, and also, i'm fairly new at this also, so long, sustained times are not for me.). 6:20 A.M.Grab wieght. Do arm curls. (I usually go until I can't raise my arm anymore.) 6:30 A.M.Continue work with the weight. Hold it to side with armpit at 90 degree angle for as long as possible. Also do lifting of weight to the side. 6:40 A.M.Done working with weight. Finish up with "Sun Gods". Now, due to shyness, I can't go to the gym. So, i'm using my own home equipment. Equipment Stats Machine 30 lbs. (2 5 lbs., 2 10 lbs. 2 20 lbs. also available.) Weight 10 lbs. (Only one I have!) Here is what I ask for:
