Of course, the thing about scales is that you need to know the values of the endpoints. 1 = magnificent, 10 = horrendous? Or the other way around? And what are we evaluating? Artistic merit? Composition? Lighting? The guy's body?

I'd say, overall, that the pic doesn't flatter the guy. The bright natural lighting emphasizes the fact that he has a very pale complexion. The way he's standing emphasizes his midsection and de-emphasizes his shoulders. As far as his face is concerned: He's squinting, thanks to the bright sunshine. Plus his hair is soaked, so you don't really have a good idea of how it all fits together.

In other words, the guy has a lot of potential but the pic doesn't show it off by any means.
