How do you bounce your pecs?

Bodybuilders do not have more muscles than anyone else, their muscles are just a whole lot bigger than those of mere mortals. So I should basicallyt have the same muscles in the same places. But I can't really figure out what to do to make my chest wiggle. I can cheat it; if i have my arm at my side and tighten my arm, the shoulder tightens up and then the skin seems to pull my chest up a bit. Or if I flex my neck the skin REALLY pulls up my chest a lot. But those aren't real pec flexes. Is there any way to describe how one goes about flexing a pec?

Just flex your pecs. when you've added enough muscle, they will just naturally "bounce". It isn't that you don't have the right muscles, it's that you just don't have enough muscle, which is a temporary situation. Working like you have been, you will be bouncing away in just a few more months!

that's the problem.. i'm not even sure what to do. anything i try to make my chest move a little bit involves involuntarily flexing some other body part. I'll keep practicing though and maybe someday it will just hit me!

You shouldn't have to move any other body part. Just keep doing your bench press and/or flies, and I promise it will happen one day.

It comes with muscle control. Eventually, you'll master it. It's really just a matter of being able to twitch them. Cable crossovers can also help you make inroads.

I do a little bit of posing in front of the mirror after every workout. It's a little bit of vanity because I do like seeing my early gains but I also think it's important for visualization and self-motivation. I've added pec-bouncing practice to the routine. Every now and then I can see a ripple peaking out. I'm hoping that by practicing now, by the time I add the mass I'll already be an expert at bouncing them

Well,if you can flex them both at the SAME time...

...you just have to learn to flex them individually! It's a coordination/isolation thing. The actual "bounce" occurs when you RELEASE the flex.
