Sorry, I am not gonna talk about a mega-sized muscle monster, but I think he has nice muscles.

He plays in Stargate Atlantis series, as the Lieutenant Aiden Ford.

meh, i've always found sheppard (Joe Flanigan) more attractive, mainly because you actually see him in t-shirts.

the irony, mitchell (Ben Bowder) in SG-1 has been shirtless a couple of times, and by now he's understandably not that hot, i just wish that would happen with sheppard.

I think all the guys are hot btw. Scifi tv shows and movies seem to always want hot guys. And I'm not complaining.

Well, for sure Joe Flannigan (Shepard) is also very hot...I never said the contrary! He's also handsome and sexy.

I never saw more than season 1 here in Belgium, so I didn't know about Jason Momoa (Ronan).

Yeah, I like Sheppard as well but I really don't think he is built at all given the way his arms/shoulders look in those army T-shirts. Second, on Mitchell--he has really lost it, still great looking but in terms of body it is average joe all the way now.
