He should play close attention to every detail and reenacted with the hint of direction given by the author in part five . Not for the young, weak of mind or body. The story of Russel. An 18 year old athlete who has come to live with his Uncle Jake, who along with others, create a scheme to turn Russ from a somewhat cocky buff 18 year old into the ultimate freaky muscled and beautiful muscleboy. Through mind manipulation and a growth serum they secretly began the transformation of mind and body. Injecting them selves just enough to transform their own muscled bodies to perfection, they give Russ huge doses. With drugs and auto-suggesting they gave him the new Alfa male personality, his new name and trigger word"Muscleboy".
