Adam was enjoying the beach day with his girlfriend, when she turned to see the passing hunk. Adam was a normal skinny guy, brown eyes and hair. He felt bad whe he saw martha watching the hunk muscles and the guy parading at her. The guy approached her and start talking, he was all the time flexing his muscles and with all the movements he started to kick sand in adams face.
Adam became angry and stood up from the towel behinfd the hunk back he was shoulder level, the hunk was probably a perfect 6 feet tall, he was 5?6.
Martha also stood and start feeling the round hard biceps of the hunk. At this time Adam pull her apart and complaint about the ariving guy.
The guy turned to him nipples to his face grab him by the neck and throw him feets away.
Adam became very angry stood and run back to hit the guy, but just find the brick wall of his stomach. he torn his hand and fell in pain, a big head ache start and a strange growl emerged from his throat.

His eyes turned from brown to a sky blue, hormones were racing within adam.
his spine marked in his back and all his bones elongated, his hands bigger now a square jaw appeared in his face he doubled over as a huge stomach pain hit him.

The former adam was no more instead a huge hulking blonde guy was standing in the beach. 6 feet 6, 300 lbs no bodyfat, hairy chest, legs and arms, it was a man, the dream man.
Martha ran toward him looking for protection.
He then walk to the hunk and with a single push throw him to the sand. He jump over him a start punching him until the guy can take no more.
All the other guys were around cheering adam against the bully.
When he finished martha an other girls came by and start carresing his muscles, saying that he was a real man now..
