Question I like working out in the gym when it's practically empty (just not a people person). When's a good time to go? I currently get up at 4:30 AM, but my gym gets amazingly crowded right when it opens. Any suggestions? |

Throughout my first year working out, I've changed my schedule at least 3 times so as keep it from falling into a rut, and in my gym, the fewest number of people around is when it opens. On the other hand, I've noticed the crowd thins out a lot an hour before the gym closes. If your schedule allows it, I suggest working out when everyone else is working, either in the 9am-11am or 2pm-4pm range. |

Sunday (anytime), and from about 1 AM until about 4 AM most days at my gym. If you go on a week night between 4 PM, and 10 PM, you'll be lucky if you have standing room let alone a single piece of equipment. __________________ God is in the rain. |

I try to avoid afternoons anyway, so I'm safe from that, anyway, lol. By the way, I should mention, my gym isn't 24 hours. |
