open the video you want in Internet explorer. after it's completely loaded click on: Tools -> Internet Options -> Settings -> View Files. In this file explorer window sort them so the big files are on top by clicking the "Size" lable amongst the large files look for those from www.mymuscle.com (or youtube or xtube). the files should be .flv format and be titled a bunch of letters or numbers. if you see files that are big and from the right site, but don't have any extention rename them with a .flv after copying them out of this folder. anyway, once they are .flv files, programs like VLC Player or RIVA can play them. RIVA can convert them to MPEG too. Remember to get them when you can. youtube is great at taking things down for violation of terms. |

 For Firefox users, (if you haven't made the switch from IE, where were you?) I highly recommend the DownloadHelper 3.1 addon. It's easy to use & simple steps to download it. Just remember that it's a .flv file. Get a converter or GOM player to play it.  I wanted to see more strength feats & heavy gym work clips from the site!  |

| It's a cool site, lots of vintage videos too (someone just uploaded some classic Jim Quinn), only problem is it can be very slow at times, and sometimes just stops. But it's hard to complain when it's free! |
