Anyone from Winnipeg intersted in being a mentor to a 25 year old little guy who has goals of acutally competing in a body building comp? Just looking for someone to help me keep motivated and whom i could talk to and perhaps train with every so often.

Hey bud, I'm down here in Grand Forks and can relate...I'm 5'8" and was once less than 140# (quite a few years back). I'm now 166# and have added a good 5" to my chest since then. Still not totally where I want to be but gettin' there.

Great goal you have there in competing...doubt I'll ever get there myself...don't have enough time to devote to it, and it's not as easy at my age as it will be for you.

I'd be happy to help try to keep your motivated...from a distance...and I get to W-peg every so often....and might get up there for a day next week after X-mas. I'd also be happy to train with you down here if you ever get down here to do the shopping thing, or go to a concert at the Alerus Center, etc. Let me know.

hey, thanks for writing. I do get to Grand Forks every so often, but when I do, it's on a whim with little or no planning. I'd like to check out a concert at the Alerus centre at some point since it amazes me how a city like Grand Forks has such a huge place...and having The Ralph at the same time.

I acutally just bought a bowflex this week and i've already started so i will be posting some pics in about six weeks.
