Golds Gym and Matthew and Movies Just read where Golds Gym is gonna start tie-ins with movies. This could be a good thing. The Reuters article (http://secondlife.reuters.com/storie...8cca794b6a1a1/) says they are starting with the new Matthew McConaughey movie, calling him "the decidedly muscle-bound Matthew McConaughey." Yes, he is. http://img.blogonline.ru/media/pictu...hirtless27.jpg So let's hope the new Golds money packs more muscle on these celebs and puts more muscle on the screen. Cool. |

I've always thought McConnaughey had a hot body. (He's pretty much a dork, otherwise!) :-) xoxo Richard |

Matthew McConaughey has looked great in the last few movies he has been in, starting with Two for the Money when he was ripped. He also looked good in Failure to Launch. |

Not to go too off topic, but I read somewhere that Daniel Craig had to pack on 20 pounds of muscle for his role as 007 in Casino Royale. Gotta say, the part where he is nude while being tortured, he looked really really good. |

I will agree with you about Daniel Craig, TeknoDave. He look fan-fucking-tabulous! xoxo Richard |

It always makes me laugh how the media describe any actor with low body fat as "muscle-bound." Clearly they have no idea what the term even means. |

Casino Royale was a great pic. Here's hoping that having a very buff male lead in good quality movies becomes a trend. |

Today, I watched "Diamonds Are Forever" once again, completely charmed by the whole film. I wish I could clone Sean Connery or Roger Moore for the next generations |

I agree with you on Casion Royale. It seemed that so many of the things that make the series charming were missing. It reminded me a little of Licensed to Kill (Bond as a kind of vigilante thirting for revenge didn't really work for me) but even that film had a little more finesse to it. There were no women in the title sequence, a lousy song (which they didn't include on the soundtrack album an unfortunate Bond first), the main villain gets killed by someone else and the big final battle is with people we mostly don't even know at all, etc. Daniel Craig does have a great body and is an interesting presence as Bond but him, Judi Dench aand the first chase were the best things abot the film |
