JC's progress thread - Jan 07 OK, so now it is my turn to chart my progress with stats and pics. Any and all tips and comment would be greatly appreciated. The support from this board and group has always been very motivating. stats as of tonight 5'11" 217 44 years young Chest - 48.5 Biceps - 16.25 (left and right) Quads - 24.5 Calves - 14.75 These are all cold measurements , will add pics as soon as I figure out how. |

Those are great pics, jcnutt. That's a great base you've got to work with. Your two back photos show a strong looking back and a good V-taper. It looks like you've got a very strong "core". Keep up the great job and good luck in the coming year. Thanks for the kind words Donnie, coming from a muscle mosnter like you!! I have been lifting off and on for a few years but finally have gotten into a good routine the last 4 months or so. My biggest drawback has been a love of food and some arm injuries that keep me from lifting as heavy as I would like. I am shooting to lean out in the next few months for a little adventure in April. Might be nice to have a hint of abs during my trip. Murray, I will try to post more.. and may have a video or two up on youtube soon. Thanks for the support guys!! Jim |

Update Hey guys, figured I needed to post the info I managed to leave out before. I am 5'11" and currently about 210 pounds. My workout routine is usually in the gym 4 days a week, 5 if I can fit it in doing 1 or 2 body parts per day. Usually doing 4-5 exercises, anywhere between 3 and 5 sets of each before moving on. Abs to end every other workout and cardio in the AM every other day. Diet and cardio are the tough parts, loving the gym and trying to get bigger and harder. with all the support and imagination in this group I feel there are no limits to what I can accomplish... hope you all reach and surpass your goals!
