Deviant Muscle
It has taken me too long to discover that Deviant Art is chock full o' nuts...er...I mean chock full of musclemen. While most of the drawings are of muscle women, there are plenty of photos of hot musclemen (not to mention more than a few pictures of superheroes.)

So, as far as I see, if someone enables embedding on a picture then they don't mind (or are saying they don't mind) if the picture gets shown somewhere else. Keep in mind that the embeds display the username of the artist and links back to their DA pages. But I do see your point as the wording of this is a little muddy--not to mention that most people never read this kind of stuff.
