NO Xplode? Hey all, Forgive me if someone's already posted about this, but I was wondering if anybody out there has had much experience with NO Xplode, one of the many nitric oxide precursor supplements that's out there these days. I'm not usually one for supplements outside of the typical protein supps -- I've tried a bunch, but rarely get any noticeable effect whatsoever -- but I started using NO Xplode about 2 weeks and I've been very impressed. I may not be getting the vascularity that some guys report, but I've been having extremely focused workouts, I've been getting great pumps, and I've been surprisingly SORE afterwards, almost like when I haven't trained for a few weeks, but I haven't taken the break. Now before this starts to sound like a supplement advertorial, I generally presume that if something is this effective, it must be bad for me. *chuckle* So I'm wondering if anybody out there has the bio-chemistry background to know what's going on here. As you can see from the ingredient listing -- http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bsn/xplode.html -- it's got everything but the kitchen sink in there: creatine, l-arganine, taurine, etc... I've tried to do some online research and just keep getting my Google searches filled with advertising or young muscleheads going on about how great it is. So, anyone out there taking this? Have any thoughts on it? It's probably the most effective supplement I've ever taken, so I'd like to know what really going on... - J. __________________ 6'3", 225#, growth-oriented lifter. no-xplode I like this supplement. I started using it last week. The first day I could lift 35 kg more in squats. I know everybody reacts different to supplements. However, In my experience it has been ok so far. (but I just have a week using it...) __________________ Diego |

I took a break from NO-Xplode awhile ago... when I first started using it, it worked great for me, but I feel like it leaves a garbage-y feeling in my body later on in the day (even if I hydrated adequately). I bartend at night, six days a week, so normally I get up, go to the gym, come home and then go right to work. With NO-Xplode, I was getting up, eating, waiting two hours, taking it, going to the gym, then I just felt burnt-up all night long at work. I'm thinking about giving it a go again now that things are getting more focused for me. If it's working great for you, awesome. I did find that it sort of pulled a spring loose in my brain--I was like, "Damn, I don't even want to rest, I just want to MOVE SOME WEIGHT!" (even moreso than usually!). |

I LOVE Xpand. I was using no xplode for about two months but then this body builder at popeyes recommended Xplode and i find my workouts and pumps are way more intense. But yeah...each body will react differently to different supplements. |

I Need to clarify. Popeye's is a supplement store in Canada, not a restaurant. http://www.popeyescanada.com/ |
