the chronicles of 'zon'

Has anyone else noticed this guy on various websites?

Just curious what you think - how much is 'real' versus an overactive imagination.

You can get a hint of his story at the link, but on some of his Yahoo groups, linked at the bottom of the profile, there's some pics of his progress and a little more info. The basic idea is that he's into extreme bodybuilding, adding as much mass as possible, using rather vague techniques and he's forming a rather secretive group of bb's to live together in a kind of muscle commune. To avoid "the press having a field day", he's taking down his profiles and Yahoo groups near the end of Jan 07, btw.

Hi real name is Larry, and he has a very loose grip on reality. He lives by exploiting suckers, and suffers from the delusion that he has the potential to be a great bodybuilder. A sad case, really.

I've been trying to figure this out since I first saw it - I couldn't make up my mind if the guy was a con artist, mentally ill, or trying some odd failed attempt at a kind of Internet fiction. If you do some searching on Google on some of the other Yahoo groups he's on, he's posted some wacky stuff on philosophy and stuff.

The concept might make for an interesting story.
