 Muscle Growth: The Evolution of Phidias This is excerpted from another bodybuilding forum website... Just to show that bodybuilding is really a matter of time and patience... throughout the years..." "First one, summer 1998, a few months before I joined the gym. Nearly 17 years old"  "Still on the beach... damn how skinny I was! 140 lbs"  "Two years of serious training later. August 2000. Almost 19 years old. I was around 170lbs."   "December 2002. 21 years old. Suffered a long hard diet for those pics, after a few months of bulking (unable to find those fat ones :P. 183lbs."     "Back shot... got a little wider since  " After those last shots (still was natural... I precise even if it's obvious ) took a long break for personnal reasons and didn't workout at all in 2003 till summer 2004 when I found enough motivation to come back.So restarted it all in july 2004 at around 200 lbs but really out of shape. Never stopped again since till today. Pic from last contest in november 2006 I already posted but so that the before/after thread be complete, I attach it once again.
