Workout Advice

I'm a 19 year old who has been working out for a year and a half. I'm about 5 foot 8 and I weigh about 165 to 170 lbs. When I began working out I was about 155 lbs and I've gained about 10 to 15 lbs. I've def gotten bigger arms, pecs, etc but not really more defined. I kinda have a little gut and really need to start running more and doin more abs. I try to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. I'm not totally serious about it but I'd like to get a lot bigger and more defined too. I've taken creatine a few times but not very often. My routine isnt totally consistent but is typically something along these lines with diff variations:

Day 1
Bench Press
Incline Press
Dips
Tricep Pressdowns
Tricep Extensions

Day 2
Shoulder Press
Rows
Pulldowns
Curls
Preacher Curls
and usually some other arm stuff

Day 3
Deadlift
Leg Press
Leg Extensions
usually a couple other things

I really wanna know what I should be doing for a routine/ other exercises/ how often to go/ supplements to take. Help me get ripped!
Thanks!

What is your diet like? The first key to growth is eating the right amounts and combinations of macro-nutrients. I just started bulking in December 2006, and have gained 12 lbs in 7 weeks, almost completely lean mass!

Even if your goal is to get ripped, diet and cardio are the keys.
