Personalizing Google's Frontpage

If you have a google account, and go to www.google.com, there is a link called "personalize this page" or some such. If you do that, and "add content", you can get a variety of fitness/bodybuilding stuff personalized on the page. (I think I did "add tab", called it "fitness" and I was feeling lucky). Not only does it create gadgets for RSS feeds from fitness magazines, there was a gadget to create a personalized workout routine and some with nutrition information. Maybe not everyone's cup of tea, or of any value to experienced fitness nuts, but something some people might want to explore.

Thanks Corwin! I followed your tips and voila! Was able to customize Google and made it my homepage...much more useful and refreshing to see as the first page of the day on my computer
