Progress Well i think its about time i did this. I have been quietly sitting in the background for well over a year now looking at this forum and taking good advice off it. I have been lifting properly now for whats heading too 9months. In this time I have seen some really good changes in my bod. I am of a slim build and also find it really hard too gain, here are my stats as of today Quads 17 1/2 18 5/8 18 7/8 19 1/8 Calves 14 14 14 14 Forearms 9 5/8 10 9 7/8 10 3/8 Arms 9 2/3 10 1/8 10 1/2 10 1/2 Arms (flexed) 11 1/4 12 11 7/8 12 1/8 Shoulders 40 1/3 41 1/4 Chest 30 1/2 32 1/8 Waist 29 30 1/4 Weight 135 140 You can pretty much deduct an inch off most of my stats and you have got my starting sizes, I used too weigh 130 and was very skinny. I started the weights because of work mainly, found that i was strugglin liftin stuff so started too go and workout, when i gained strength i also noted i was startin too gain muscle mass.
