Re: MUSCLEBUFF I'm taking the liberty of posting this here because, although it is not a fictional story, it concerns "Musclebuff', a well-known writer of muscle growth stories. Some of you may recognize his handle and some may know his real name: Colin Graham. Colin Graham died last week at the age of 75. British-born, he was one of the leading figures in opera in the entire world and the artistic director of the St. Louis Opera. He also was a dedicated bodybuilder and muscle fanatic who began lifting and then competing in his early 60's! I did not know him except in cyberspace but admired him enormously. If you're curious, there are obituaries of him all over the net ( see www.nytimes.com for example). And while they don't mention "musclebuff", they do allude to his late-life bodybuilding hobby. In the course of checking this story out, I discovered that he set up his own story archive at www.musclebufftales.com (Not sure whether or how you can get approval to join now, however). I dunno if there are any of his stories in the revived archive here, but there used to be. |

Thanks for the post Deetrakt. I had heard discussions of Musclebuff's stage career on other boards, but I had no idea how extensive it was. I guess there really is something to this muscle/opera connection. Both are larger than life I suppose. Dave |

Musclebuff address doesn't seem to work. Is there a correction? Love to see hisstories. Ken |
