30 pounds in six months

check out the real time growth of this guy.
he started in jan at 163, now hes at 192.
his arms have grown from nice 14" to a pumped 17",
and hes just getting started.

For those of you who haven't read through the comments:

He's 6'3 so he's got a LOT of room to grow! I think 17 inch bis are pretty impressive for a guy who is 6'3 and 192 lbs.!

yeah its amazing what u can do with steroids.. unfortunately u cant get that kind of muscle growth without them esp in a year let alone six months.

It's not easy at all.
I haven't trained using Whey or Creatine yet,
which will change soon,
but I'm 6'3 and 175 with 14 inch bis.
I tried to stay away from supplements and just exercise,
but I can't seem to get off this plateau or gain any muscle.
