Working out in the morning The good: I feel sore the same day. The best part of the day comes first. I get to be pumped during the workday. Fewer people in the gym using the weights. Easier to get up in the mornings. The bad: I have to wait until the evening to jerk off from the excitement of lifting heavy and getting pumped. |

Well, you aren't alone here. Mornings are my favourite time to work out too...and because I work part time and am a student via distance education (so I make my own schedule), I don't have that downside. |

My boyfriend is the same way, though he's a bit more open about his muscly-related fetishy things so I figured he was the only freak-a-deek who liked after-workout fapping. It's good to know he isn't the only one, I suppose. Actually, maybe since heavy lifting = more testosterone production it's a given regardless of the male. Besides, doesn't "being slightly horny" give guys more energy throughout the day and a slightly better orgasm when they finally do the deed? |

I don't work out in the morning exactly. What is mean is that I "fast" between 6-7 pm and 1-2 pm the day after that. And I workout at around noon, before eating anything. It feels really good. It might just be in my head, but I feel that when I eat after fasting for like 18-19 hours and working out, my body is ready to take in all that I eat and turn it into energy and muscles, hahaha. So far, I have lost 27 pounds and about only and inch on my arms, which is nothing for such a weight loss. And I barely lost any size on my chest. When you think about it, it's not that different from working right when you wake up in the morning. The night is a form of passive fasting. |

same here with morning workouts, and luckily i don't work til evening so I have the afternoon to enjoy that pump. Doesn't mean I still don't wind up stewing at work wanting more of that though lol __________________ Grow big. Grow strong. Grow hard. |

I also do my workouts in morning, and it keeps me fresh whole day. Its hard to get up in dawn but good and makes sportive. __________________ jiu jitsu kimono |

I work out first thing in the morning.... ..while I'm on a business trip! It gets me ready and awake for the whole day, and it gives me the energy to stay charged up and enthused for whatever lies ahead! Business trip days are usually 14 hours of being "on" for the colleagues and audience. It covers meetings, presentations, talks, exhibit halls and the after-event socializing. In all the years I've been traveling though, I've NEVER talked to anyone about bodybuilding. Just too "out there" I guess for impersonal business chit chat. Who knows where it might lead? I can just imagine a conversation: "Hey, I just had a really good workout! I'm jacked! My arms are pumped up an inch, and my chest is pumped an inch and a half!" [flexes] "Cool! Sounds like a fap session is in your future!" "Yeah, right! Wait! What did you just say...?" |

Right on, Mdlftr. i wouldn't mind that kind of conversation for conferences. Sure would spice things up. As for working out in the morning, I love it. Gets my blood flowing for work and seems to give me more energy throughout the day. Sometimes I'll go back for another workout in the late afternoon depending on my energy level. But if I wait and just try to do an afternoon workout, I generally feel droopy all day. |
