youth on roids

if 15,266 ilbs of fat and i was wondering if thety do work alot..i need some advice cause i really want muscle gains

Confusing

What do you mean by 15,266 lbs of fat. That is a serious problem.

FIRST: Get a good diet and workout regimen.

Second: Stick with a good work regimen and diet.

Third: Remain DEDICATED to said work out regimen and diet

FOURTH: After about 2-3 years on said work out regimen and diet(with allowed variations and changes as your body adapts) begin to study and read about different types of steroids and their beneficial and harmful effects

FIFTH: Continue with workout regimen and diet for another year or so

SIXTH: If you are confident that you want to start using gear, then study up on it some more

SeVENTH: Continue with workout regimen and diet then consult a physician that you trust

EIGHT: If you are still sure you want to use gear, then begin looking for a supply


Yes they do work, yes they have side effects, yes they are available, yes they are illegal without a bona fide prescription.

By your post, it is apparent you don't have enough experience yet to even begin considering them

Don't take short cuts, if you want to lose fat and build muscle, NOTHING replaces HARD WORK. Get to a gym talk to trainers get some good books and guides for work outs and diets, they are not illegal and easily available at any bookstore and a quick Google search on the web.

Good luck with that , if you start now, you will really appreciate the benefits later.

See, we DO listen! Everything that Hero said, Rbf. You absolutely do NOT need steroids (or fancy supplements / products) to lose weight and build muscle. You need to modify your diet and exercise, exercise, exercise.

You'll do great, just get started!

Okay, figured that was a typo, but still...You need to start just working out and eating right. In only a week or two, everyone will notice a difference. Don't even THINK about steroids, yet. I am not against them, just against the unwise use of them, or people thinking that using them will be a genie in a bottle for them. A couple of pills or injections and voila I am the Incredible Hulk. It doesn't work like that. You need to be committed to some hard work and discipline. That in and of itself will help you in the areas of self-esteem and respect. It will help a lot. I kind of figure everyone on this forum has struggled with self-esteem. It shows up in their posts and stories. It creates a theme here. But there are things that you CAN do about it. Steroids are not an easy out for it.

Get in a gym, FIRSt, and then get a good diet.

Again in just a couple of weeks, there will be tremendous change without the juice. You are at an age where your body is beginning to produce tremendous amounts of testosterone naturally. Take advantage of that.

thanks for the advice..but anyone know the bestest way to lsoe weight besides diet adn excersize?

Stop looking for short cuts, stop eating fast food and start thinking about food as nutrition not just something to eat. Drink lots of water and just remember that only YOU are in control....well your parents right now are in control, but you are in control on what you put inside yer trap!

Stay focused and listen to what advise people give you. You don't need steroids but if you do them, read up on all the side effects and cycles.

Okay...I'll shut up now!
