| Hey there Richard......fan base? Shoot, aren't I old news? I've been in Orlando a little over a year now, personal training still. I'm weighing about 220 right now, training heavy. I'm thinking of competing either this fall or next spring. Right now I'll be concentrating on my online training biz. I have a page on "BigMuscle" too with a few other recent pics, it's also listed as "DavidPapaleo". I was going to complain about the heat and humidity down here, but then I remembered where you're from, and realized I have no right to complain about weather! LOL Stay Well! David |

| Blimely, talk about raking it in ! $60 a session! No wonder British personal trainers are leaving the UK in droves. The maximum they can expect a session is ?20 (and even when allowing for the weakness of the dollar that's still 33% less than you earn a session). I know that Orlando can be bad for humidity, but allow me to quote the forecast for London, England for the next few days from the BBC Weather Centre. Saturday Maximum: 71?F with 44% humidity (Heat Index of 77?F) Sunday Maximum: 77?F with 52% humidity (Heat Index of 79?F) Monday Maximum: 73?F with 46% humidity (Heat Index of 77?F) Tuesday Maximum: 75?F with 84% humidity (Heat Index of 75?F) Wednesday Maximum: 64?F with 61% humidity (Heat Index of 78?F) which when you consider this is London is almost as unbearable __________________ The stronger they are, the more muscled they are |

For a lot of us, sex = muscle + fur and, to put it mildly, no one exemplifies that combination better than you do (although there are a few others in that pantheon, and I'm sure you know who they are!)
