| Bodypower Expo 2013 - Who's going on Saturday? Thinking of going myself. Wondered who else was planning to go on the Saturday specifically probably around lunchtime onwards. Would be cool to say hello to fellow muscle heads/fans. Message me privately if you'd prefer. UKBeefy.     |

| Well we were a bit like headless chickens running around without a game plan but loving every minute. Gregg Plitt and Jaco De Bruyn were really nice but the friendliest was Matt Ogus - gave everyone a hug, asked questions, we had a little bicep flex off - it was great. There was so much muscle there it was unbelievable. Everywhere you looked three was a bodybuilder or fitness model. I'm no shrimp but God I felt small. It has reignited my motivation to get bigger now. Will definitely be reattending next year. |
