Swelling up and not stopping

Always wanted to be big and simply one day got up and said i'm doing this so now i going to push my body to the max and see how big i can get it

Goal weight before I go on holiday now is 11stone/ 155 lbs bulk or more let's do this

so from the 14th till the 21st july 14th because I'm at the download festival right now witch is good fun but missing gym and the food becuase of the camping

Lol haven't fort about it as such lol see what happens I'm sure I can be fine tuned a lot more though if I had a trainer for workoutd and diet that would be pretty cool could grow quicker but for now its me and me

Well in bulk and filling out weight so be a bit of fat and muscle all muscle would be better but don't think that's possible well not with out roids

But yer going to smash it

I have yet to show my back! its also thickening up well but needs to get a lot thicker and wider yet till im happy

not stopping any time soon!! Going to keep pushing my body

Was out to night and some people i haven't seen in a while pretty much asking me if I'm on steroids witch i'm not for now but shows I'm doing something very right

Wow, great gains! But do yourself a favor, don't go thinking about steroids. You will be surprised at what you can do will determination and knowledge. We see a lot of kids want everything right now. Give yourself credit, you already look buffed compared to 90 per cent of the male population. And it sounds like your body is willing to get even bigger. Check out different routines for variety/ different angles and be patient. I take it as a compliment when someone asks if I'm on the juice.

I didn't get bit by the "size bug" until fairly recently. I wish I would of started so much earlier.

I'm currntly on a work out brake / winde down as i have been pretty hard on my body with the work outs and force feeding to put on weight its always good to give it a rest im sure

im on holiday next week then after that im not showing my body and mercey IT WILL GROW no excuses no nothing pure mass gain!

Hey no no no i have been on holiay is all was in greece so that slowed me down and work has been a bit of a pain but im putting down my hours so i can get more gym time now
