| my exciting story! hello friends... my name is ethan and now i am going to tell you about my story about my muscle growth... when i was 25 years old i was very slim and when i told it to my friends about to grow muscles! they always laughed at me.. but i never lost my hope to grow my muscles... Than i decided and joined a gym. i regularly gone to gym and started all the stuffs! i was really enjoying it.. after 1 year my every friend shocked by looking at my muscles.. my muscles were got a shape.. the interesting thing was that i gained my weight from 45 kgs to 64 kgs in only one year.. now i am very happy on looking at my muscles...      |
